Martín, is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Moolec Science. With a career spanning more than 15 years, Martín is a highly accomplished professional in the fields of industrial biotechnology, biochemical engineering, and business development. He holds a Ph.D. in Biology and is a Chemical Engineer by training. His academic pursuits took him to Germany, where he was awarded a grant to conduct research in biotech mathematical modeling, demonstrating his early dedication to the field. In the Ag-biotech space, he leads the world’s first industrial production of animal protein in plants for the food industry.
