Signe has 18+ years of experience in food ingredient marketing with a particular focus on key trends and solutions in health and wellness, such as digestive health, plant-based alternatives and personalized nutrition. Signe holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and has since then lived and worked in several European countries throughout her career.
