Kris is a registered dietitian with a passion for improving nutrition science communications. As the Senior Director of Nutrition Communications at the International Food Information Council (IFIC), Kris is integral to IFIC’s consumer research on food perceptions, beliefs, and behaviors through its annual Food and Health Survey and timely topic-specific consumer research projects, which he regularly presents to nutrition professionals on national and global platforms and has authored for peer-reviewed publication in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Cereal Foods World, and Nutrition Today.
